Kimax KCQSA series adjustable type 90° rotation pneumatic air actuator are best for actuating a ball valve, butterfly valve or damper. It has an aluminum hard anodized body with operating pressure 35 to 150 PSI. KCQSA series actuators are spring return with air to open and springs to close.

Features

• ‘O’ Ring- acrylonitrile-butadiene oil proof rubber. Use fluorubber and Silicon rubber under conditions with high or low temperature and relevant lubricant shall be applied.
• Two independent screws for travel adjustment are on the front face of the cylinder body. ±5° precise adjustment is available when the stoke is at 0° and 90° position which shall be inconsistent with the open and close position of the valve.
• The lower end of the shaft is with the inner hole of octagon shape which is in accordance with ISO5211/ DIN3337. lt is easy for exchange between parallel square and opposite angle square
• There are 4×4 standard grooves and M6 internal screwed holes inside which makes it flexible for installation of accessories and sensors of general-purpose.
